Privacy notice

This page explains, in plain English, what happens to the details you give us when you ask for a quote.

Last updated 31 October 2026

What the quote form collects

When you send a quote request, we receive what you type into the form:

  • your name and email address
  • your company and phone or WhatsApp number, if you add them
  • the shipment type, country, product and quantity
  • anything else you write in the message box

Depending on how you send it, the request reaches us by email, through our form provider, or as a WhatsApp message. If you use WhatsApp or your own email app, that service's own privacy terms also apply.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The website remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme, and that choice stays in your own browser.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your request: to work out a price, ask any follow-up questions, and send you a quote. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list, and we only share them when we need to for your shipment, for example with a supplier, freight forwarder or customs broker, and only once you've asked us to go ahead.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead with an order, we delete your request within 12 months of our last contact with you.

If you do place an order, we keep the related records for as long as Indian tax and customs law requires us to.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email us at info@portmorrowglobal.com from the address you used, and we'll reply within 30 days. The only things we can't delete are records the law requires us to keep.
